Engenheiro de Produto - Test Vehicle (TRATON)
Responsabilities
Each Test Vehicle Leader coordinates a number of prototype vehicles and is responsible for them from an identified need through to delivery to the customer. This includes:
- Creating and following up on timelines for new test vehicles
- Driving topics related to vehicle specifications
- Supporting and coordinating all cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality and delivery precision
- Analyzing and presenting consequences of deviations from plan
- Presenting status of vehicle builds in various decision forums
- Acting as the link between production and design/engineering
- Actively driving process and method development
Requirements and Qualifications
You have a relevant university degree or equivalent experience, along with strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
You are structured, clear in your communication, and enjoy driving cross-functional topics to decisions while building and maintaining a strong network.
To succeed in the role, you value communication, are comfortable working with multiple IT systems, and can manage several tasks in parallel with flexibility.
The position is part of a project management career path and requires experience in working actively in projects.
